Or of course, possibly a fuse. Start with the simple (and less expensive) options and work your way up. Make sure the fuses are all intact and have good connections, then move to the relays, etc. Also, make sure the wiring harness(es) aren't frayed, worn, or broken anywhere. Could also possibly be a bad ground? Not sure on that one, I would think if that were the case there would be other problems as well.

had the same problem twice 1 time relay was loose from traveling from colorado to wis, second time it was corroded and burnt the relay out, check to make shure they are all in tight and check fuses as above mentioned, good luck

Just went threw this on my 02 legend, I replaced the relay, here are is the Skidoo part number and others that will work

Ski doo part #410 113 200, Suntech SEM - 1417), NAPA AR - 201 or
Bosch 12 Volt - 30 Amp part #0 332 019 150 or BWD R681Z ( 10.00 dollars)

Their is two and they both need to be good, I only needed one.

Napa has them as well at half the price of the Ski Doo price. Part AR something, Buy two and keep a spare.
