Went to the cabin near Finland for 5 days after Christmas. Got up there on Sunday, the 27th. They got between 20-26" depending on who you ask. Nearer the lake got much less and then about 20 miles inland got less. most of the trails were in good shape, they were just getting the last of the local trails around Finland groomed by Thursday. The wet heavy snow combined with effects from the ice storm last march made for a lot of low hanging branches on trails but they are working hard on getting it cleaned up. Rode the NSST down from the Trestle Inn to Finland on Thursday afternoon and it was phenomonal. We were making first tracks down a freshy double wide groomed trail. Caught the groomers right near Finland. Rode some logging roads and forest roads and had some excellent riding. 20"+ of powder, good times. If you plan to do boondocking up there, plan to clear lots of trees and branches.
