The Camera plays through Youtube Live. We have worked with Kozar Technologies in Eagle River to get the set up functional. I will join you on the Tech Challenged list...
Add communication challenged to my list....

Heckler, what kind of camera do you have? Some of them have somewhat obscure URLs you can use to get a snapshot. If you let me know I might be able to help.
I have a Falco dvr system with Sony cameras. Access through the internet is to type in my router IP address with http and not https. Chrome, Foxfire & Edge do not support nppi(?) video and why you can only use IE on a PC.
Viewing the system through apps on phone is no problem.
The system can be set up to email photos, however the couple times I successfully set that up my email account was shutdown, I assume because they thought it was sending spam.

not digging anyone but now I know why its so hard for members to post a picture or embed a video now.....DOH

He was my idol as a child. Hence why people called me the Heckler...

I just clicked on the link and Chrome opened up immediately. No questions, no prompts, nothing just a live image...not a still image.
Add Communication challenged to my skills. I should have said I can see the youtube video and was wondering if Trackside can view their cameras directly over the internet using a browser other than IE.

Trying not to get too technical since this likely isn't the place for it....
If they are IP based Sony cameras they likely have a snapshot URL that can be reached with a browser. Alternatively they may also have an FTP function built in which can be used to automagically upload snapshots to a website that you could then share with the world. I use both approaches with my webcams. Without knowing the model number of the camera there is no way to know if they have this functionality.

So thanks to some HUGE help from friend/visitor to the site Aaron S, the NCN has been audited and there should not be any dead cams. If you do come across one, let me know and I will keep an eye on them. Cams will go down from time to time, so I was to give it some time before I remove them.

Aaron also supplied me with a list of new cams to ad, which I will and I have a few too. So hopefully the NCN is pulling its weight again!

I did get out to the trail cam with some Tech help Wednesday and we got it going again, but then it never woke up Thursday. I went out today, but it was beyond my skill set, so I will put in a call to my computer folks and have them meet me out there again ASAP.

I just ordered a new high definition cam and have my own website/host thing so I hope I can be successful at this recent attempt for a Ironwood cam John and fellow JD r's.

Trailside Lodge?

Looking through cams, I see that trail cam 2, the Trailside Lodge is crossed out. I think they also had a sign in the cam view. Is it now closed?

the NCN cam for Mt. Ranier has looked like the movie the Shinning for the past two days.
They'll be measuring the snow in meters.

**actually just noticed it was stuck on Feb. 5.**
