October, 1999 John's inaugural journal

Was just browsing through John's inaugural journal from 1999. Amazing how fast the time has flown by, and more amazing what John has accomplished in 14 short years. I did not realize that John would do a daily journal entry, now that he is a 'big shot' Yooper we only get a weekly entry!

Thanks for a great site/ journals John. Thanks to your site I've been able to experience the beautiful UP and see some great places. Not just all in winter either.
