I saw a post on fb that there was 5" of ice in the bays on 12/17. There were several brutally cold days since then. Assuming things got better. Anyone know the status of the lake? Are people riding the north and west shores?

Call the bergland bay bar or timberline motor sports and ask they might be able to answer your question

My neighbor posted he cut the ice about 300' from shore and there was 4" of good ice under the snow and slush on the 19th. This was West shore about 3 miles south of the Hoop.
