Off Trail Bonfire Feb 3

A group of us that are up here for the Ride In are having a Off Trail Bonfire Thursday night somewhere between Alston and Kenton

If Anybody wants to join us give let us know and we'll give you the meeting spot (you can PM me or Dave B), we're thinking 5ish and we're doing a weenie roast for dinner, maybe pickled eggs too lol

We're trying to make it a meet in the middle place for people in Houghton, Twin Lakes and people down here

Should be a good time

Bear and I, Dave B, Squat, Julie, polarisrider1, catmandoo and a few others will be there, we always say the more the merrier

SUPER fun last night! We had a great ride all in all!! It was great meeting up with everyone, did have a few issues ended up with 2 broken sleds one never left the resort and one had to be hauled home but we had replacements Someone side swiped a tree but we put the pieces back together right pr1 lol

Weenies always taste better in the woods in the snow with friends!!

Good morning Mrsrunningbear! A little 100 mph tape with get me thru the weekend. Didn't know they buried trees horizontally in the yoop. Had a great time. Hope to ride with you again.

Linda, rumor has it you was a roastin' weenies again today? Tell the ole' man I had a great time! Did about $1600 damage last night. About $3 worth of duct tape got me 85 miles down the trail. Dave made me buy light sensitive goggles today. No more riding with amber at night. P.s. loved the bloody marys. Now I got your pickles egg and bloody Mary recipies I was watching!!!!!

MrsRunningbear, we figured you would have already headed up to the Ride In, so we did not stop by the resort either.

I can help with the story, we were in the back woods railing down a trail of fresh powder all the sudden, a Bobcat jumped out of the woods missing landing on Davie B, lands on the trail and bam runs right into the side of Polaris Riders sled knocking the side panel off and busting up the Bellypan before retreating back into the woods not to be seen by us again

Pulled the tape off and oh my things started falling off. Insurance adjuster and dealer got the mess today. Looking towards ordering a 2012 RMK Pro 800. Dave B. you take such nice optimistic pictures. Lol

I have come to the conclusion trail riding is not for me. To many hazards. Lol
