How do you know what 'roads' you can ride in the UP?

Looking to ride north out for Phelps up to the 2 trail and see lots of 'roads'. One is called 'federal forest 16' - rideable?

You can definitely access UP trail 2 on FRs from Phelps we did it 100 times if not more. Idk if this is a good year to venture out on unplowed FRs you will have to clear trees first. Venturenorth and I kept FRs clear for years and it was a job and half but worth it for us. Probably a lot of damage this year but good luck.

Forest hyw. 16 is legal will take you to kenton and beyond
