Andie, I'm glad Bart is doing well. As for the Ride-in, I'm going to miss you guys! However, get ready to see a lot more because it's OFFICIAL! I have accepted the position and will be moving. I can't believe I'm going to actually do this.

OK, so I was a FIB, a Yooper and a Cheesehead. What is a person in Minnesota callled? Maybe I don't want to know!

I can't wait for this weekend! It is going to be great to see everyone again!

Congrats Scoop...you'll like it here. What is it that you are going to be doing?

People from Minnesota are also call swampies, cause there are more swamps than lakes, lol. I grew up in Wisconsin so I'll always be a cheesehead.

Hmmm, Mud Ducks and Swampies, that's a bit discouraging since I kayak. I don't want to kayak in a swamp or in the mud!

Nate, this will be a job transfer for me with more responsibility than I have now. I was asked if I was interested in taking the position of someone who is retiring. I will be making more money, but I will just be gaining back the money I lost when I was downgraded when my previous boss moved to our headquarters. It's a long story. I just felt this is something I needed to do. Oh, and I guess I will always be a FIB since that is where I grew up and lived most of my life.

Scoop, sounds like an excellent opportunity.

Now you are closer to Duluth and Superior and there is a ton of awesome kayaking to do up there. Also, you could even head to the boundary waters, it's not too bad of a drive. It is really awesome up there.
