Is it boot time yet? Thunderstorm/super rain storm today - wearing sandals - running back to car from store - slip out of sandal - give up - take off sandals - 1 step = step on glass. Is it time for me to wear boots yet?? 
No matter how warm it gets - guess I'll be wearing shoes or boots now until next spring! DOH!
I know we needed the rain here in MN - but OMG - that was a bit much for the 10 mins I was in/out of the store! LOL Bring on the rain and turn it to snow!

Serena - our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Kaboolie and Brian - thanks for such a fun day! Wish I'd had my sled there - but I have found I really like Corey's 900 Switchback! But I do not like Guy's Thundercat - it tried to buck me off and now I have a bruise! LOL
All in all - it was a good time with good people!

Been a while since I have been on here but with today being my anniversary (16 years) I thought I would say hello to all. 16 years and counting...wow, where have they all gone. My oldest daughter is driving...well, driving with one of us hext to her. She gets her first license next June.
Anyway, just thought I would say hello and ask if anyone knew of a job for a civil/structural engineer out there...it is getting really bad here...you would think with almost 20 years of experience it wouldn't be this hard. Oh well...take care everyone and think snow, eh!

Congrats on the anniversary.
HAPPY NOVEMBER!!! WOW WOW WOW! It's almost time!!
The guys have been working on sleds - getting stuff up and running, trailers cleaned, gear organized. Dustin completely grew out of his gear so had to buy him new stuff - HOLY CRAP that's expensive! BUT he's pleased with the clearance stuff we found and it will last him a while.
We are getting the yard all cleaned up and ready for the snow to fly. The leaves are taking their time falling off the trees, but they are soooooooo pretty orange! I love shuffling through them on the ground.
Hoping for some really good local snow this year, trips out of state to ride will be limited, so MinneNOSNOWta has to deliver this year... BRING ON THE SNOW!
I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving Dinner - I'm already gathering stuff for holiday baking. I think I'm getting in the HOLIDAY MOOD!

mrs jac - same thing here with the 13 year old rider growing out of his stuff. Found a good deal on coat, bibs and helmet at the Milwaukee show... am grateful snowmobile gear wears well and can get handed down to the other 2!!
Leaves are taking their time here too in chicagoland and it's been windy - so have just raked around the doors to try and keep the leaf piles to a jumping level inside?! Our maple hasn't even turned yet!
Almost time ot think snow. Don't wanna start thinking too soon and waste my wishes to mom nature until we can ride!
