The Vansville bar does. I just got a quart there sunday and they had a case sitting there, I believe it was 11 or 12 bucks for a quart.

The gas station in Copper Harbor sells three different blends of Amsoil. The cheapest is !$11.95 to $13.95 for the higher blend. Hope this helps .
