Even more so staged...The only way to get it up there without shattering the rear window is hoisting it up with a fork lift or overhead crane.

Looks real to me. Zoom in as you can see the bottom of the snow flap is worn and the straps are compressing the seat. Some real Redneck Engineering though and I'd be surprised if the State Patrol would approve.
