dude...if you would of embedded it then you would of seen it does not work...and this IS THE REASON it would be nice if all members would learn this simple 5th grade thingy....its THE MOST REASON why there is no young members joining and theres not 50 a day joining either...I am not digging you mezz....just trying to get some infusion in here as big changes to the web are coming soon and those that don't upgrade and / or get with the program will be lost in the shuffle.....think of it like someone you know that doesn't do texts yet...same thing...no one calls them or texts them then...ever...not even kids or family members.....and I would love to enjoy it...but I cant...so please try it again...all you others reading....try one....unless you like johndee.com dying a slow death....think I am kidding? why do you think there is 4000 members that read....BUT NEVER POST....it because they will be banned or punished on another web site they belong to that wants john dee .com out of the picture....but whats in ya'll favor? that other entity is losing the battle....but will win if members here don't wisen up and move forward in progress...if you have facebook then you can certainly learn how to embed a friggin video since that's like posting 101...trying to help you all out incase you don't know

seriously...none of you EVER wondered why 2000 visit and read a day...but only a handful ever post...except when I challenge something and then a few come out of the woods to go against the grain....news...they cant....or they can...if they can take a suspension or 2...and then after they learn that happens...mums the word and no posting...just reading

PS....if you don't know how to embed a video or a link correctly....what does this tell an advertiser to this site that RELIES on you being able to click links and share videos and sales and whatnot about his/her products and pass this on to others on other sites you visit or texts...just sayin'

all this takes place behind the scenes and the members abilities dictate amount of advertisers and new members willingness to join said excitement....CAPEESH.....old dudes? trolls?

so now with all that out in the open.....MEZZ....it seems you were not able to get it to work properly....you want instructions or what...because watching a vid on youtube on how to embed a video...is an ignorant way to do it and it doesn't work always...theres a way simpler way...its that button up there....2 spots to the left of ABC CHECK MARK green...a video strip...drop the useless youtube embed code...that's for ID10Ts and the general public

dude...seriously...whats the dam title of the song or vid? just search for another working one...and then just copy the address above....the embed code at youtube is IDIOTIC to say the least....copy the code that includes http:/www above...and paste it into the film strip 2 spots to the left of ABC CHECK MARK green.......then post the reply....again...one more marvel of the interwebs will be achieved...woooohooooo


PS...so far 300 have read this post and only 1 has responded...MEZZ....I give you kudos mezz...you have GRAPES BABAY....big ones for trying....the others....just shriveled up raisins....

The song is called Tubin, it is done by a country group known as Lost Highway, this song was co-written by a long time member & friend of this site known as Big Vin, aka Randy VanVooren. He recently relocated to Nashville to persu his talent in a BIG way. All else aside, embedded vid's vs a link is not a dark cloud on this site and certainly doesn't keep peeps from posting, they simply like to read rather than be antagonized or goated into a debate that one may be fishing for. Well, I’m 68 years old and I do in fact know how to embed videos/photos but it saddens me to know that my life as I know it may change because of some other marginally useful internet skill I can’t master.

As far as posting, I would definitely post a lot more if I didn’t have to spend so much time trying to remember where I put the dang clapper. Clap On…..Clap Off.
