I think I found the bike. I like the BW350 Kip has but also like the idea of something street legal. Now that I'll have one I need to find people to ride with.

I rode one a riding buddy had in the early 90s. The reason why those bikes are so rare is they are dangerous. The balloony tires bounced all over, and I could hardly ride it. The TW200 had smaller tires, which reduced the bouncing. It would be fine for slowly putzing around the woods, but not much else.

cuzinolaf....Did you buy yet? I was ridng my kids dr100 around yesterday, its my scooter. I'm riding the XR400 as soon as the snow melts! Pick a weekend sometime this spring or summer. If were UP were riding.

I should get it tomorrow. It was too good of a deal on a basically new bike to pass up. I really started thinking about the BW350 and the DZR400 because of more power but figured I could upgrade if needed and still not lose money. We'll definitely ride the spring/summer.

I did. Its not the most powerful bike, it isn't the biggest, and isn't the fastest; but it looks cool and will be the perfect trail bike for Michigan AND it is street legal.

Can't wait for this summer.

cooksend..nice bike, is that a 426? Anytime you want to ride let me know. I live here but work in Wisc. during the week but I am home on most weekends. Were gonna have dual sport/enduro ride on Memorial weekend. White Pine to Copper Harbor (we been talking about it on the MI-TRALE map thread). Otherwise when we just bang around here we like to keep it tight and twisty, we also make lots of runs from White Pine to Rockland or White Pine to Bergland. We just like to have fun and explore mostly.
