The Saints have struggled some the past 3 weeks and have shown they are vulnerable. They barely beat the Rams last week, something like 28-23!!?? I agree they are a good team, but not as dominating lately.

A 16 game schedule is grueling. The Saints' have had some closer games as of late, but that comes with wearing down a bit towards the middle of the season. Bottom line is-they are winning the games. A sign of a very determined, solid team. Even when the Patriots ran the table a couple years back, they had to battle through some close games. Each game that passes and you stay unbeaten, that target on your back becomes a little bigger, and opposing teams gain more focus. It's a long season!! Nice to see a team and city that's been down on its luck for a while excelling. And I agree on Drew Brees--seems like a real class act!!

A team that can go down early in a game and fight back and win is a tough team, there playing to win rather than to keep from loosing. No mather the score that team will never give up. I like the Saints this year and I also think Breeze is a class act. Once the playoffs start and GB is home watching I'll be rooting for the Saints.

Miami had the recipe for beating both the Pats and the Colts. They kept Manning and Brady off the field with a slow and steady ball control/wildcat offense. The time of posession in both of those games was overwhelmingly won by Miami. Unfortunately they didn't quite have the personnel to finish the job. Brady and Manning don't need much time but both run complicated timing offenses that have to click perfectly to work. Pressure on the QB disrupts the timing. Remember the pressure the Giants put on Brady in the Superbowl? It was enough to screw up Brady and the Pats lost. Although the Saints have no playoff experience they have a killer set of backs. They have premier WRs and probably the best QB this year. They have very few significant injuries. At this date I don't see anybody stronger. However there are many games left. If they lost Brees they would be screwed. Whoever makes the playoffs has a shot. At that point anyone is good enough. Turnovers often decide champions. A.P. fumbles because he runs straight up and is always trying for extra yardage. This gives opponents opportunities to jar the ball loose from behind. He will always be a fumbler - that is the way he runs. He also sucks at pass blocking. That is why he is seldom in the backfield on third down passing situations. Green Bay lost two more starters. They are simply going to run out of bodies. Without Polamalu Pittsburgh is ordinary. Arizona will not get 500 yards out of Fitzgerald in the last 3 games of the season. The NFC East is weird this year. I would rather be a Detroit fan than a Oakland, Tampa, St. Louis or Redskin fan.
There. Enough Monday afternoon rambling. If I was so smart at I wouldn't be third in my Fantasy League right now. Go Saints. Think Snow. Happy Thanksgiving.

When and If Mineeeeeeeeeeeesoooooooooooota wins a Championship, then all you purple loving ???? can brag about your team. Sure you have Favre, but we Packer fans know from experience. He can hurt you just as much as help you in the playoffs. Just look back to the NFC championship game against the Giants a few years ago. Oh, and by the way, I did mention NFC championship game: Whens the last time the ViQueeeeeeeeeeeeens were in the Championship game? Mineeeeeeeessssssooooooooooota has how many championships??? Exactly!!! the big Goose EGG. And if the Pack doesnt make it into the playoffs? Oh well. The 70's and 80's were quite dry as a Packer Fan. But I will be the first to laugh my Arss off when the ole Farvster throws the critical picks and y'all are back to square and watching the SuperBowl saying "If he(favre)would have not thrown that last interception, or seen the 3 "wide-open" receivers on 3rd down!!! Ha - I cant wait....

I stand corrected. No SuperBowl wins tho ! (have to see what happens this year) I do have to admit tho- Should Minnesota make it to the SuperBowl, I will route for them because Favre is with them, otherwise no way in •••• would I route for them.

They would have been 46-53 if they wouldn't have lost to the Vikes. That's a little better.

And the Packers are playing a different schedule???? They play the exact same teams datdude. Your point applies to both.... And I bet if you did the same comparison to the Saints, Colts, and any other division leading team, you'd find they are not much different. There seems to be a pretty clear separation of good and bad teams this year. Don't be jealous because Farve whooped on the Pack twice this year.

Who is, Farve?

Favre has been in the NFL since 1991 and some folks still can't spell his name correctly.

Minnesota Vikings and no, Superbowl Trophy's - always a bridesmaid, never a bride as I like to remind the Mud Ducks to our West.

why you gotta be a hater hunter??? Farve/Favre, fingers too fast, whatever... The only people making a big stink are the Packer fans. Just can't accept that the Vikings are very good this year, and the Packers are only o.k???

Its all good. No need to get so serious...

Here we go again- TT in 2005 opted to draft a QB that was not needed at the time. In the 05 draft We had selections below us in the likes of
Roddy White #84 Falcons, Marlin Jackson #28 CB Colts or Heath Miller #83 TE Steelers all of who are still playing. TT ignored the Moss free agency scenario. During TT's tenure GB has drafted 9 offensive lineman and only one to speak of and frankly you need to remind me who that sack of potatoes is. Either way, I am disappointed with the fact that GB did not do their job of bringing players in around Farve to win. TT has got to go. However, MM will be the scape goat for at least one year. That's right I said it!
