Paradise to Christmas (White Pine Lodge)

I am heading up on a snowmobile trip in Feb with a couple guys. We will be starting out of Paradise, MI around noon and were hoping to make it to Christmas before dark on the first leg of our trip. We will be leaving from the parking lot of the Grand Magnuson hotel in Paradise and staying at the White Pine lodge in Christmas. If anyone can provide some estimates on route, distance and time it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I don't know how far it is-------------but Christmas will be in about 11 months------------------lol I think you can make it before dark!!!!

last year we did a round trip from Boarders hotel Munising to paradise and it was about 325 miles round trip with a 30 mile detour due to a missing "Paradise this way" sign lol

It is apprx 130 miles taking trail 8 all the way.

ya we took 8 out there and then looped down through newberry on the way back

Easily done, last year started out of Newberry through Paradise and on to Christmas by dark.

Since you are only going one direction it should be easy. We usually make the round trip in one day from Xmas to the Falls and log 330 miles.

Unless you want to gamble at the Casino you way want to stay in Wetmore as they have better lodging; my choice is Americinn.
