We were on vacation last week, and I needed a new cv boot for my Viking first thing Monday morning. Kip and Todd and Jerry took care of it right away! Great customer service as usual!

Yes Pat's is great! 4 years ago sled gave problems on first day of trip. Limped it into Pat's and they got her going. Top rate service. Wish all dealerships were like this. Have dealt with lots of great ones, but every once in a while they don't care. Pat's is easily in my top 3 for customer service!

Pat's is #1 for customer service in my book.
Got my IQ fixed on day 2 of a 5 day trip to the UP. Has got me and riding buddies, in for maintenance on several occasions also.
Because of that I bought my last sled there, and that won't be the last.

Thats how it started for me to Sweeper. I first met Kip when my Indy Specialties motor split the crank 9 miles into a 5 day trip. Bought a new one from him that day. Ordered my 3rd new one from him this spring. All good people at Pat's. When am I gonna see my 850 Kip??????? LOL
