Just want to send out a BIG thank you to Kip and crew. Everyone knows just what a quality dealer means to the powersports community, but it just can't be said enough. Started my trip this past Sunday to a code that left my sled dead (stator), it would not start. One of my riding buddies sled was also having an issue. Call Pat's first thing Monday morning and speak directly with Kip, they have the new stator in stock. Load my buddies sled in the trailer and off we go for the 3-hour drive from Seney. Within an hour of the time we arrived my buddies sled was good to go, it needed a new fuel pick up and sock. Mine was going to take a little longer as a new stator replacement is a pretty big job. So, I had time to kill and started browsing around the showroom and somehow a new 2025 Sidewinder ended up in my trailer for the ride back along with my 18 Sidewinder and my buddies 18 Sidewinder. Thanks again Kip!

One of the best dealers ever! I picked up a new left over Indy 650 SP about a month ago from Kip and crew. I really didn't NEED it, but the sale price was too good to pass up!

Yeah was a good price debated buying one but ended up going Doo and now 5 weeks since I bought it,the sled is still sitting at the dealer waiting for a pickup coil and trying to figure out why sled won't come out of sleep mode.🤬🤬
hermie, have you even rode it? If not, send it back, get another one, or demand to be made whole. There are many sleds available, or get refunded. 5 weeks is the same kind of BS that was going on several years ago. Poo had sleds not running for over a year back then. F that, as the season is all but over. ;)

I have been in the industry for almost 30 years but no longer work for a dealer that handles an OEM line. My new sleds will come from Pat's Motorsports! Be sure to give them a shot at earning your business! Always top notch before, during and after the sale!
They have a great team!

That’s great to hear..can’t tell how many times we’ve stopped at a dealer broke down on sleds and got the “we can maybe look at it next Tuesday” treatment!

Yeah I got to ride it for one day. Sled kept shutting down on the trails and had to keep messing with the start button to get it started. Yeah unfortunately season is dwindling down fast. They gave me a rental for free a couple of weekends but last weekend and this weekend they are booked so no rentals to ride. Supposedly the part was supposed to be hear today but no call yet and I got a feeling when I do talk to them I will get it won't be here until next week.

Well it just keeps getting better from old Ski Doo. The part has now been pushed back to March 13th. Totally unbelievable already waited a month now it will take another month. If I had to guess Ski Doo has out sourced this part to a cheaper vendor and a unreliable vendor to save a $1 on the pickup coil. I guess pick your poison buy a Ski Doo who has no parts available. Get a Polaris and hope you don't get a dint ride recall or get a cat and hope somebody buys them, which I am really hoping someone does.

I have made at least a dozen trips to my local doo dealer this winter and they’ve never once had the parts in stock I’ve needed, and most have not been stocked in their us warehouse either.

I would definitely be losing my marbles and demanding the part to be removed off a sled on the showroom. Sorry to hear

I tried to get the dealer when they messed up my chain case cover to take one off another Sled they wouldn’t do it, and they wouldn’t take a relay out either when they didn’t have any in stock the chain case cover had to come from Canada. they never informed me at all. I will probably never take my sled back to that dealer again I brought it in to have the solenoid replaced for the Forward /reverse.

They gave me a 600 to ride for a couple days, but it basically was so slow. I couldn’t stand it. I got my sled back on the third day of the trip finally

Well, sadly it seems this is the world we now live in hermie. Makes no difference what it is, or who's brand name is on it, same oh, same oh!. It's absolute BS! And believe me, it could get worse with the tariff issues now front, and center. o_O We consumers didn't cause this BS, but politicians did. So it is.

I am loosing my marbles and was hoping they would pull one off 1 of the 60 Ski Doo's still in the crate. They gave me a rental sled a few weekends which was nice but such a hassle because I would have to load it up on Sunday and bring it back. We would normally get up early on Sundays and go for a ride for lunch then get back to the house and pack up to head back to the work house. Hard to do that when you got to bring the rental back. My other big fear is they aren't bothering with the sled not waking up in the cold and now we are getting to a point we may not have really cold weather anymore. I won't find out until next winter that they haven't resolved that issue and be without my sled next winter trying to fix that issue. I am going there tomorrow and ask them face to face about the wake up. The answer they give me tomorrow will determine if they ever get my business again.

hermie, I think the question if they get my business again or not has been answered. Get your sled back, trade and run.

After a 8 month fight w my seadoo spark, under warranty and the dealer unable to fix and getting an attorney involved I will never own a BRP product again. Couldn’t get parts, long waits at the dealer to get service and they couldnt fix it. Never ever had a part in stock and had to pay when ordered! Pretty sure it was 6~8 trips to fix overheating issue on brand new jet ski, I lost a whole summer. Sold it bought two new waverunners (2022’s) liked em so much bought two 2024’s this past summer. Great dealer!

After I sold the machine, i ended up w a $1,000 gift card from BRP, ordered some tubes and life jackets, took till the foll season to get them. Dealer has a monopoly in the area!

I have worked w Kip and would say heck ya !!! SUPPORT THAT BIZ! Man of his word honest and accurate

You simply will NOT find a better dealer who supports the sport, the customer AND the community than PAT's Motorsports !
Take that to the bank baby.

If I was buying or traveling near the yoop, and needed something powersports related, I’d scope Kip out, place is great, service is great, and like someone said Before, during, and after the sale service w a smile
