About five years ago me and a buddy were on the trail from Curtis to Seney. We kept hitting ruts from a vehicle (!!!) and finally came across a jeep cherokee that was super stuck. Kept going and about 2 miles further, found the guy walking. No hat, no gloves. About 5 degrees outside. Asked him what he was doing out there and mumbled something about 'exploring' the trail. Politely explained there is a good 2-3 feet of snow packed down by the groomer and getting off of the 'road' means a quick stuck (which is what happened). The guy was totally clueless about the trail, grooming, etc.
Being the nice guys that we are, we offered him a ride to Seney on the 2-up my buddy was riding. Which he gladly accepted. We proceeded to go as fast as could. He looked mighty cold when we dropped him off in Seney.
