Today I am devastated. We lost Dave (Monks) Aho our mechanic of nearly 30 yrs. I want to thank you all for your thoughts, prayers, and kind words. Dave was a friend first, neighbor second, and employee third. His experience cannot be replaced and I'm so sad today. Guess the good Lord needed the best Yamaha mechanic more in Heaven than we did down here. God Bless you all.

Sorry to hear Kip, I'll be sure to pray for Dave's family, you and your team as you all are experiencing sorrow and loss. You know God can comfort each of you in times like this, and I pray you will all sense that Peace.

Kip and everyone close to Monks, so sorry to hear of his passing. Despite many of us praying for his recovery it simply wasn't meant to be. Just consider how good the Yamaha's in Heaven will be running now. Our condolences!!!

Monks was a pleasure to work with. Dave was consistent, fun, always amazing me at his abilities to fix any machine. Best of all he would take any job I gave him (in my short time working with him) with no complaints and always do his best. Dave took pride in delivering quality to the customer, always!

Pat's Motor sports shop will never be the same without him here so we are going to have a nice sign (plaque) made up honoring Monks that will hang in his work area, that will remind us of the impact he had on all of us as long as the shop stands. Thanks Dave for helping me just by being you, Amen brother!
