So this is the 2011 R series with 800 engine.... Right? Hardcore bump sled no windshield competing with other OEM R sleds? Not sure if I'm correct with the intended target market & 800 engine. Maybe others will have 2011 800 R series but this is ususally 600 R market. I always wondered where Poo was positioning Rush platform. What is price?? I'll fall of my chair now if you say $14-15K & 1 year warranty.

Rush

I just put 30 miles on one and wasn't really impressed with the rear suspension I guess. I do like the easily adjusted shocks, that was cool but I was a little dissapointed for all the hype. 600 was plenty powerful.

Actually in every review I read (Snowgoer, Snowtrax, Snowtech, among others) the radiator was a point of discussion with Polaris boasting of how strong and damage-proof it is. I checked one over in Novi and it did look real stout. Still not sure I'd want something that critical to be that exposed though.

On the other hand, haven't heard of any failures on the 600 Rush's this year, either. If people were destroying heat exchangers I'm sure we be reading about it here and at hardcoresledder.....

i'm surprised they didn't come out with like a bumper bar type thing to cover it up somewhat

but then again, look at poo's heat exchangers under the running boards, those were pretty exposed and worked quite decent.

Boy they sure dropped the price on the 600. For 8k which most sleds should be all priced around.....12k for a sled! come on with a year warr. J-O-K-E

Local dealer by the cabin is getting a 800 rush today as a demo and Dad is going to get a ride on it. For a guy who rides a 07' 600 Switchback and loves it I can't wait to see what he thinks because he is not the "target" customer which should make for an interesting review.
