Also you should have the 1115 belt not the 080 belt. Stock weights re 70 and red black spring.The other belts will not handle all the power make sure your chutches are alined and your belt sets up for the 115 belt..

Take the drive clutch off the sled. Buy the correct weights and springs from Pol. Take out whatever the previous owner put in there - which probably contributed to the original engine trouble - and put it back to stock, or whatever Pol recommends. Put the clutch back together and use the right belt. DO NOT RUN THE ENGINE WITH THE BELT OFF TO CHECK TO SEE IF IT WILL REV OVER 6000. Trust me, it will. And it will give your nice new motor an excellent opportunity to wreck its crank.

Bet ya any thing its the computer or the stator a bad computer will do that !! It will give a false stator reading saying its bad when its really not.
