U sure they are poo .I thought D&D usually sets up with Magna force or big dog. dose poo make a set screw weight? or are u clutching a older cat clutch?

older cat 98 zr 600 efi it's got a 136 2in track on it just been playing with the clutch I bought the clutch kit when I had a 121 zr 600 i think it's all wrong for off trail. came with a 60/48 helix hits good on the bottom just dont like how the mid is hitting I think thats when it's on the 48 part of the helix so I put a 53 degree in it and a purple spring we'll see tomorrow got it to engage at 4000 rpm used to engage at 5200.I think i'm a little over weighted for off trail also. stock weight is 49.5 But i'm still hitting 8200 rpms I'm pretty green when playing with the clutch LOL.

49%helix with yellow /50g with yellow white with 19/40 gearing.
was stock 98 powder special 136 2in.
what u really need to find for that thing is a old set of black magic twins that 600 really woke up with those things.

i was thinking twins for it but its efi(sorry forgot to mention that) tough to find a chip use to have a d&d chip and pipe for it but had to get rid of because I switched the stator and ecu from a 2000 zl 600 because I got sick of the stator issues that the 98-99 had and the chip wouldn't work in the 2000 ecu.I don't think that pipe and chip combo was very good anyways .Kinda funny On my one 98 zr 600 efi I had it piped chiped clutched all from D&D and a black magic head I lined it up with my wife stock 99 carbed zl 500 booth had the same track and studs and the other guy was the same weight as me. And the 600 with all the aftermarket parts only beat the totally stock 500 by about a sled length everytime we lined them up we even switched riders and had the same out come.LOL I was kinda pissed after all that money I spent on after market parts. I will try what you recommend I think I have all those parts hanging around I'm aready running those gears.
