Kip, you could offer the cat guys an amnesty program to get them on a Poo. Kinda like a "Don't ask, don't tell" program.

Gotta go with these guys but what the heck, if it's free it's worth checking out :) Put me on the list

I'm buying my next Polaris from Kip. After all the customer testimonials on here for years, this dealer can no longer be ignored.

I was just at the dealer where I bought my Polaris Rush, I had ordered a part and I got a voice-mail to come pick it up.
The "kid" behind the service counter was discussing intensely with a Ski-Doo owner and his wife about a warranty complaint he couldn't diagnose because he couldn't "go 40 MPH in the parking lot to feel the vibration", and "BRP wasn't just going to approve for him to tear it down and go nuts without justification". It wasn't overly rude, but he wasn't really treating the customer very tactfully.
The guy had two newer Doo's in for service, one which they completed repairs and he took home.
Then when he was done with that guy, he came over to me, and I said, I have such and such part that came in, he asked for my name. He checked the computer, couldn't find it.
So I played the voicemail from the parts counter saying the part was there, and he ran back swearing that "insert name" makes them "look like idiots when they can't find stuff". And yes, he did swear.
Took 10 minutes to find the part so all was good, but I was NOT impressed. I hope like heck I never need any service out of them.

Negative....I don't really want to say because with the power of the internet, they could put 2+2 together and figure out who's reporting pretty quickly.
They weren't that busy so it narrows it down, and this makes the "kids" attitude even a bit more disturbing.
It's a bit out of my way, but I'll be visiting Kip next time around, and then I eliminate having to trailer a sled 264 miles north as well.
Customer service counts for a lot in my book at this point in life. You spend a ton of money on these sleds, the least the dealer can do is be appreciative.
And that includes ALL customer contacts, not just sales. If I was the owner of that business, I would have had a serious talk with that employee.

But you bought a Fusion. LOL! Just kidding, man. You are completely right, we do spend a ton on these things in the first place, plus the money on top to maintain them (which keeps these dealers in business).

Just told the story again a few weeks ago, but never actually took delivery of a Fusion. I have the cancelled sales invoice to prove it.
Kip your rep is legendary around here so I need to experience it for myself.
