I got one that looked like that cost about the same was a Menard's thing.
worthless I gave it to goodwill
if I were u I would get a used roof unit or get a small window unit fab it to fit a window of make a plywood door that fits around it and just set it on the floor and step over or around it.
but used roof units can be found for what that thing cost and some have heat coils for those cool fall mornings.

I have one we got at Sams and it worked good. Used in a semi when we went pulling. It was not 7 x 19 but a double bunk tall sleeper and Jim said he could not run it full blast or the nips got to stiff. I bought a toter this winter and it could be had if you want one. $100 will buy it but I live in central Iowa so don't know how to get it to you.

We use one at our place up north when it gets hot out. It works but I wouldn't say it is the greatest thing ever. I believe the main issue with the unit we have is that it is constantly exhausting air outside (to cool the compressor), this creates a vacuum in the house and draws more warm air in. I know some of the newer units use a system where the air to cool the compressor is drawn from outside through one tube and exhausted through another thus getting rid of the vacuum in the house (or trailer).
