Not to be a brown noser, but I remember reading in John's forecast text both yesterday and today the below. I was recently looking at the radar and you could draw a line from about Rice Lake, WI to Ironwood and over to Marquette. Not too shaby for a weather guy! ;)

"The main uncertainties from yesterday’s forecast remain this morning and they revolve around any possible change over to something other than snow for areas that sit east of a line from around Hayward WI to Ironwood MI and west of a line from around Rice Lake WI to Marquette MI and then north of the Hayward to Rice Lake line."

I tried to save the snapshot of the radar but it only saved the first frame. Once it went through the 2 hour cycle, the line moved up to Ironwood and was near perfect.

I noticed how close he was too as he pretty much nailed the area I've been watching. Thanks and Keep up the good work John.

We are getting it, wet, heavy & miserable to move, however, it will make for good base building. Now, let's see how the rest of this pans out, we could be in for a real smack down! I hold a high regard for John's field of expertise, at least when he's right! LOL!-Mezz

I've relied on his forecast for top shelf riding even as far over as the Black Hills two seasons ago. He nailed it that time as well. Great job, once again, John!!! I'm kicking myself cuz the sleds in the shop so I can't get up there:mad:. Boss (aka: wife) even gave me the green light. Double >>>:mad:
