I screwed up big time this year. A few weeks back I agreed to take my neighbor fishing this weekend, not realizing what I had done. He’s really excited about fishing so I can’t back out of it now. Next year it will be written on the calendar early.
It’s killing me to miss the swap. Found a lot of good vintage stuff last year. The parts trailers made two trips to my truck and I made a third trip on foot with a death grip on a bunch of other stuff. I would be surprised if it wasn’t hot and dusty. I found a beverage stand just in time to avoid severe dehydration (at least I thought so). Guess you’ll have to cover for me on the beverage front.
A guy over in Wisconsin that I occasionally deal with on parts will most likely be there running his TX. Fun stuff. Think I’ll try to get over to Wausau to make up for missing this one.

You got me there. Although sometimes it's hard to tell who is reeling in what and who's reeling in who. Come to think of it, that's part of what makes it fun.

You could go to the swap Saturday and go fishing Sunday.
That said...I can't wait. I'll be there Saturday in line at 7am. I don't have anything in mind to buy but have a pocket full of cash for whatever might catch my eye.
I swapped there last year but didn't sell much. Brought the same 4 sleds to Hay days swap and had the same prices on them...sold all 4. But...that could just be a coincidence. Anyhow, it's always a great show and I can't wait.

Looks like the Wausau deal is Sept. 27th and 28th. It would be my first trip so I couldn't say how it compares. I have talked to a few people that have gone and they've said it's worth the trip.
