First off, i'd like to thank MJK again for the stickers. I put them on my sled today. And, i'd like to thank Dave_B again. I put the john dee sticker on my sled instead today also. So attached are some pics of my sled now.

Still gotta tinker on the sled some more, she was idling at 3k today, im almost positive it's not the carb boots or crank seal, i think my throttle is too tight cuz i can tell its pretty tight.

Next, (you guys will get a kick out of this one) I made a snow maker!!! It worked but the snow didn't stick, its too warm right now so i'll try some other time again.

Looks Good Indy, I'm glad you put them to good use and I got the return stickers, Thank You very much ! Also I have to admit.... I have been seen outside my " man-cave' with my power washer trying to make snow with my power washer, blasting it in the air , hot / cold water, different angled tips, I could never get it to atomize properly . My wife can hardly wait for snowmobiling season, that way " I'm out of her hair " for about 3 months.

love the Ring ding sticker.........nice job on the sled!!!!like the polaris sticker too

I had the ring ding sticker on my windshield smack dab in the middle of it, but i decided to move all my stickers to the tunnel, i thought it gave my sled a nicer look. With my heat gun, i'm able to pick up and move any sticker i want except for the big polaris one obviously

on the internet most people say you need an air compressor and a pressure washer, but one guy had a design exactly like mine and he didn't use the pressure washer. Now that i think of it, i should've made it all out of 1/4" so i wouldn't have had to use 2 adaptors, and every 1/4" piece was 10 cents cheaper. $20 i spent on that thing! it better work good.

Looks awesome Indy, I'm glad you put the majority of the stickers on your tunnel, they look better there than the hood.

I'm a Doo guy myself but that Polaris sticker looks pretty darn cool on the white hood. It has a nostalgic type of look. I also like the later model Polaris with the red throw back indy decals. At least that what they look like to me.....Cool stuff!

Looks pretty good with the stickers. "Think Snow" is in the right place.

I'm hoping there is no need for the snow maker this year.

Indy it is cool that you are building things.
I hope that your hose to the snow maker is hooked to an anti siphon faucet.
you stand a risk of pushing contaminated water back in the drinking
water supply for your family. you could put a check valve on your snow maker.

Sorry just a plumbing inspectors rant.

Indy, good job! We did not have the tech. in our sleds[tnt doos] when I was your age, but made do with what we had. Built a rope tow to ski on my back hill with a 69 honda 50, and a snow maker, the trick back then was air and water mix. We used the water from our pool that had not frozen yet, ice cold water, and ice cold air. Spent many late nights trying to make enough snow to ski on. Thank god we had a pond to skate on or would have to have made a rink also. LOL. We also made our own water skiis, and a mono ski adapter to fit the boots to 1 ski. Lots of fun. http://home.cogeco.ca/~alamore1/SNOWMOBILES/Sled_Show.html this is our tech.

Water has to be precooled to make snow-well water is too warm. Pumping from pool or pond it the way to go.
