projector beam headlight

While on another site I found a discussion board a topic for the Projector headlight for Polaris. I looked the item up in the Polaris accessories catalog and the headlight in the picture looks very similar to what I have on my 09 Dragon.
Does anyone know if the Projector headlight is what is on an 09 Dragon or is the projector headlight considered an upgrade for the IQ chassis

I had a projector light on my '07 switchback. It was by far one of the better accessories I have ever boughten. It really light up my night. I traded the poo for the doo, and will really miss that light!

The projector beam is an upgrade. I also have one on my 07 Switch. They sell for around $100. It's an okay upgrade, nothing crazy.

I am going to upgrade headlight. I saw on another forum that light aims alittle high, since it was desighned for mountain riders. 2 riders shimmed light down to be more algned with high beams. That improved overall performance. Happy night riding!

I bought the projector beam for my 2006 switchback and feel it was a huge waste of money. It just does not seem to make much difference when it is turned on. I was really excited to get it and very disappointed when I tried it after spending $100 on it.
