looks like there will be a qb controversy in viking land. brett looked old and washed up, like i knew he would, jackson looks like an all-pro. 12 million a year doesn't get what it used to.

The arm is still there. The quick release is still there. Jackson runs around like a rabbit and screws up the timing of every pass play. The Vikes will have to get used to playing with a real QB. Favre will be fine.

He has only played for us for 3 days, he has to get the timing down.

Just another thing for everyone to get upset about! Lets let the season play out and see where we sit in January.

There's not another qb in the league that could come in after 2 1/2 days of practice and know the offense enough to actually run it in a game. Like he said, he could run this offense with his eyes closed, so wait until he gets his timing down with the receivers and revisit this topic. I thought it was fun to see the ball getting to the receivers at the speed it does, it's been awhile since a Vikes qb threw like that.

Come January, we all know where the team would be if they had to rely on the qb's that were in training camp.
