Musky Jacks is a fun place and Dave is a great guy. However, he does have a few "rules" to abide by. I cannot remember them all, but if you are observant enough once you get there, you will understand...
In no particular order of importance...
1) No cell phones - he better not even hear it ring.
2) Close the door when you come in, but make sure it does not slam
3) No foul language
4) No helmuts on the juke box or on any surface near the mounted fish on the wall
5) Do not sit at the end of the bar or stand waiting to be served where you would be blocking his view of the TV, especially Nascar, but especially more the Daytona 500.
I remember witnessing #5 one time. It was hilarious. He had a huge cardboard sign in thick magic marker duct taped to the surface of the bar saying do not stand/sit here. You will block my view of the Daytona 500 and I will only ask you to move once and I will not serve you here. I remember walking over there. I know he saw me. I quietly read the sign and moved back down behind others sitting at the bar. He served me immediately. I also saw someone sit there later on that he ignored for so long that the person left. After the person left the entire bar was talking about it with him.
