HCR is an oxygenated fuel. Due to that alone, I would shy away from it. Non oxygenated race fuel wont hurt anything, other than pipe temp sensors, and air fuel gauges probes.

Why do you want to run that fuel in a stock motor? Awfuly expensive fuel if the additional octane is not required....

If your just looking for the race fuel smell, just mix a gallon per tank and you should be good to go.

you can run it but you will loose HP.you want to run the lowest octane poss with out denotation to get the most hp out of your sled.it is a fact running 100 octane in a motor designed to run on 87 you will loose to same sled running on the recommended 87octane. not to mention all the cash you will be flushing down the toilet

We experimented with racing fuel on the old Sno Cross sled. Fuel was expensive and we could never get it dialed in, (we're not racers), well enough to notice it ran stronger than regular premium gas. It would turn the plugs red and gritty. Spent more time tinkering than riding. Sure did smell good though! We just gave up and ran premium in it.
