Pete,

As of today, 3 nice days all month!

Yep Jim we have had a tuff go of it for sure! Lake water is at the superstructure of my Floe roll in dock and nothing I can do up all the way no more adjustment just hope the water receeds or I will pull the darn thing out if we get another deleuge and wait. Level seems to be dropping but suppose to rain Sunday thru Wednesday. IDK hope for the best and a dry change happens very soon.

Slimcake you are right on I have seen the puddles in the farm fields further south and HAS to be a big problem for them.

I pulled everything out of my shed about 1 month ago & did a total rearrangement (winter for summer). Haven't had any boats out on the lake yet.

When I was in Baily's Harbor, I last weekend the flies were out in packs.
Maybe there is a silver lining of missing the "Bay flies" as we call them in Green Bay; cant sit still on the boat without getting bitten. Best to stay in the water and dunk once a minute.

Finally had the boat out in Green Bay, WI and the Fox river yesterday (May 27) and it was a beautiful day (77 degrees and mostly sunny). Water temp in the river was 62 and in the Bay at Longtail "beach" 59.5 degrees. A few more weeks to swimming weather though as it was chilly in the water.
Summer can't get here soon enough.
