Kind of like not having a rep at one of the biggest sno-cross events in the country when your trying to introduce a brand new chassis. Its just bad business, period. Who the heck is calling the shots over there? I can't help but think they must be hurting pretty bad to let this happen. Pro riders go where the money goes.

Obviously a combo of things made this happen. On Brett's blog last fall/early winter he was trying all kinds of things to make that 2012 cat do what he wanted it to do, then in December, the blogging stopped for the entire rest of the winter, no updates, nothing. I was like, hmmm, wonder what is going on? Well, now we know. If the factories do not listen to their top guys, sponsored or not, then they lose out. I hope Brett's new deal is worth some big time money for him. And if Doo listens to what he has to say, well then, that is a win win for all of us!

I agree 100%.
I'm sure it was a combo of things, but a guy doesn't walk away from a what, like a 30 year relationship(?), if he doesn't see some serious writing on the wall.

It's all about the money. I'd drive whatever sled or truck if someone was paying me.

Guess i would to but the point is brett has been running with cat for as long as i can remember and it takes a lot for a guy with 25 or so yr deal to move on

What would it take for u to move to a new job after 30 yrs?
Me at this point not much as long as it had little to do with what i do now
