Re-Waterproofing Riding Gear- What to use ?

Need some experienced recommendations for Re-Waterproofing Riding Gear ( Factory Doo and HJC ) Pants and Boots to be specific.

What works ... and what don't work ?

Gore-tex used to recommend Revivex .

Just got done with the Spray on Application of this ReviveX. We'll see how it does.

I agree on the wash with the clothing, but when the boots start to leak, usually they are ready for the trash. Most good boots have a goretex lining sewn right into the boot itself. Once that starts to leak there is not a "treatment" I have found that will fix that issue.
