Reeds

Putting v-force reeds in a 2006 polaris 600, I went down one jet size from stock (420 to 410 jet). Also put a can on. I know I need to run it to be sure, but we are still waiting for snow here in the flatland. Just wanted to make sure I'm doing the right thing with the jetting.

Also I am having a problem with the primary clutch locking up when the sled is cold. I have to pull the sled to move the track to get it to release. Could there be a bad bushing on the shaft? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

time for a clutch overhaul... you dont want that to be hanging up at all. Tear it down and check it out.

Reeds and Can ...

Shouldn't need to rejet for either, seperate or in combination, add a pipe that would be a different story, go back to original jets, run and check. REBUILD that clutch or your friends will be using your name in vane ....

Polaris runs fat for sure, you can always lean after running. Better then fattening it up after u burn it down.

Just my opinion.
