Remote Car Starter

I put them in most of my cars & trucks, when I bought my CTS-V I talked to the shop that puts them in for me and they said the same as harvest1121 said"to much liability so no go". You could put it in yourself but be ready to spend some time doing it, I put in 2 then realized it myself and won't do it again for what they charge to put them in.

remotes

some equinox's where wired for remote start from gm. Or i thought they were its been awhile since i sold cars. Sometimes best buy does have good deals on them. They usually fun about $200-$250. I would check with the dealer first and see if they can put the factory one in. But do not spend more then $250. Some will have separate remotes but get one that has everything on one.

harvest1121 dont forget to turn the heat on cause wifey said "it was still cold in the car?????meathead lol

Bought an Excaliber " all in 1" , $335 installed, 2 pendents with "LED" buttons, seems like a nice product, range is better than the factory remotes. Seems 100% so far. Wife is happy.

Get a good one

Brother in law bought an entry unit special installed in 30 minutes. I swear you had to be standing 25 feet from the truck to get it started. Spend a few more bucks, get a quality unit. Besides, if it's for your wife, you'll get smiles and miles for months.

Compustar with the droid app for your smart phone. The remote on the pro series has a range of almost half mile.

On your smart phone range is limitless as long as you have internet. Best remote starters made. I've had one on every car/truck
