My brother and I have attended every year since the first one, what an awesome group of people! Hearing John choke up, almost made me a little weepy eyed. I am proud to be associated with such a great group of people!

Sure was a great weekend. Last night was just amazing to hear the stories from some past make a wish families, to hear John talk and get weepy, to see everyone step up to bid on auction items, or the fact that the raffle tickets for all the banquet prizes sold out! I've never been to fund raiser where the raffle tickets sold out, just amazing. Will be great to hear the final number as I'm sure it will be the largest ever. Thanks to Kelly for such a great job on the sled, you were a big part of this event too.

On another thought, sure wish that guy that won could have been around to haul that sled out of there. Looked great sitting up on the stage but you should have seen the look on the staff's faces when we took it through the kitchen to get to the elevator!

Linda, thanks for posting these photos and the drawing photo! It was a really unexpected privilege to be able to draw the winning ticket. Something I will never forget (and I forget a lot of things at my age).

Gary, what can I say? It was a real pleasure to finally meet you and have a little time to chat. I will say that people need to know just how much behind the scenes work you did for this event. I'm pretty sure John will back me on this.

The photo of the sled in the kitchen is awesome! I told John if he rode it though the kitchen I wanted video.

Unlike a lot of you out there, this was the first Ride-In banquet for me and my only regret is that I waited until the last one to show up. What an experience!
