I'm sorry that you didn't get your shirts due to circumstances and not being able to attend the event. We've never sent shirts out to folks who didn't actually attend the event as planned. When persons didn't show up, those shirts were either sold at the event or given to folks who registered after the cut off shirt date and attended the event.
We wish we had extra shirts as we'd gladly just ship you out shirts. But, we didn't have extra shirts this year like we did last year.

I was under the impression that when the thread ran about donating 50 bucks with no intention of coming
that shirt were being sent, that is why addresses and size were included?

My bad, thanks anyway.

Sorry.

Just to clarify a bit (the above note by administrator was a joint effort).

We do not produce any extra shirts. We also have a cut off date for persons registering for the event that want to pick up their shirt at the event. After that cut off date, then we add a shipping charge, as those shirts will need to be shipped, even if persons attend.

In the past, when we had extra shirts due to persons not showing, we just gave those shirts to the folks that registered too late to be able to pick them up at the event. It never caused an issue until this year. The sad part is, last year we had a mistake in the shirt orders and got a double order! So we had tons of extra shirts! We gave them out as prizes at the Karaoke party at the Mosquito as well as at this years banquet.

I feel bad that you folks paid for them and did not get them, kind of mix up based on how the other years were done and not causing an issue. I can see if the business up here that did the shirts can make up the three in this thread, but I cannot make any guarantees. All the funds were sent to the Make A Wish, Michigan, so I will need to "loan" the ride-in account the money to pay for the shirts if they can be printed.
