Sabercat 700 Coolant leak into Cylinders?

Just started getting my sleds out for the winter and my 700 Sabercat had coolant that leaked into the cylinders. Any thoughts on how bad this may be to fix? Could it be just a bad head gasket? Any thoughts would be helpful.

YES.... unless there is a crack somewhere that is all it could / should be. you should be able to see where it failed once you get the head off.

prob just o rings in head but could be base gasket. I would start buy draining coolant from bottle I use a shop vac with a hose down in to tank to suck it out. then pull hose off head put towel under hose when you pull so no mystery coolant spills for future diagnostics.then pull head off kind of slowly so the O rings stay in top of jugs maybe a slight tap before pulling off.then you should be able to see if it was the o rings there will prob be a coolant trail or stain in top of jug.if not then it is prob a base gasket still no big deal 12 more bolts. 4 for power valves 8 4 jugs. pull power valves mark top with tape or something so you don't accidentally reinstall upside down. pull 1 jug at a time and look for coolant trail. O before pulling jugs drain all coolent or else when you pull jug coolent will dump and you will never know where your leak was coming from.well now it is apart hows the top end look? no better time than now to freshen it up.toss the jugs and head in the wife's dish washer so reassembly is nice and clean.grab your jugs buy 4 new o rings new base gasket pistons ect have jugs honed.now in 2 hrs you should be riding

Have seen a few (very few) cases where the water pump seal leaks into the crankcase if the vent hole in the bottom of the crankcase is plugged. Like the above post says, either way, you probably need to disassemble it and go on a treasure hunt.
