Saving some jobs

Whenever I call Directv or Comcast just say "cancel" (or press the proper key) and you will be transferred up the chain to someone who can actually make a decision and is most likely in the US. Obviously I'm not going to cancel but it works every time.

How many times do you call for stuff like this?

I haven't called my bank in maybe 12 years - it's all online. If I need something it's 6 blocks away. We have Dish and deal with it all online. I can't think of anything I have had to call in for in a long time.

Ubee, I like your style. I have never heard of this before, but I'll keep it in mind.

I agree that there is no need be rude or crude when doing this. The person at the other end is only doing his/her job and is certainly not to blame for what the large corporations and such do to make bigger profits.

Wasn't my idea,just a article I read !!! Iam just getting tired of trying to understand their !@#$%^&* dialect and their getting frustrated when I say "WHAT,WHAT,WHAT DID I WIN ??? LMFAO!

REALLY !! I just asked anybody if it works !
