Secondary roller change.

I need to change the rollers in the secondary clutch on my 05 M7.
Anyone done this? Any advice? Should I get stock rollers or "Rock Rollers" from BDX?
I have read before that you need to warm up the screws on the back of the clutch to remove them. Would a little butane torch work for this.
