dug out my snow goer and scanned the pic of it. if you can't read it, here's the directions:
#1. Use a 9/16" wrench or socket to remove the bolt that holds the secondary clutch on the jackshaft or ACT Drive output shaft.
#2. Remove the hub along with the bolt. You will see an O-ring on the inner hub.
#3. Remove the O-ring that is the retainer for the shims that are added or removed to make belt deflection adjustments. The shims are available in .030-, .060-, and .090- inch thickness.
#4. Adding shims will push the inner sheave toward the centerline of the sled, which increases belt deflection by loosening the belt. Remove shims to allow the inside sheave to move closer to the outer sheave, which decreases deflection by tightening the belt.
#5. Reinstall the bolt and hub. Torque to Cat's specification. (which i assume is around 20?)
