We do the standard IFP shock for $25.00 ea. (Oil & labor included)

Add $5.00 for remote reservoir.
Add $10.00 for revalving.

Seal kits, if needed $7.95 ea.

We stock all seals and most shafts and misc parts.

i don't believe any dealer is on the up and up.i called around the area and found it's 50 per shock and that is only to disassemble and re assemble what is there, 6.95 for shop supplies and if you need seals or other parts that is extra plus tax brings you to way to much to pay so i'm just going to spend money on tools, tanks, valves and injecters and be done with it.you guys that claim to charge peanuts for doing this,i don't believe it.i got suckered into robs performance, they said complete rebuild for 50 bucks.i get there and it was 60 per shock 6.95 shop supplies and parts were extra.i will never do business there again thats twice they screwed me.i guess it's shame on me for the second time.and by the time i would do two long round trips or pay shipping to get my shocks to some far away place i'm right up there with the places around here.in my opinion

I never told you robs prices cuz I dont know them!
Call Rick 414-750-5630 he lives in Jefferson. Sometimes is hard to get ahold of during the day because he is an electrician and has a full time job.

you guys that claim to charge peanuts for doing this,i don't believe it.

I do shocks all day everyday for the prices I quoted in my post. People ship them to us for rebuilds from all over the snow belt including Canada.

Don't have any additional charges, only exactly what I put in my post and if you send us four or more, to rebuild, we pay the shipping back to you.

Can I assume your not interested in our 24 hour turn-around either?

Sounds like we should do a little advertising in your area.

no i'm heading down to the welding supply to get a cylinder of nitrogen, then my buddy knows where i can pick up the rest of the tools.seems like it is an art but i have been able to do anything i ever tried to do so i guess i'll add shock rebuilding to my resume

In no way would I ever say you can't learn how to do shocks.

You will have questions about;

What nitrogen pressure (standard regulators won't go high enough) and not all shocks take the same pressure.

Oils, got a ton of options there, ask on here what's the best oil to use and see what happens.

Piston depth, depends mostly on over-all-length of the shock, remote reservoir, top loader, 100's of demensions.

Valving, 1,000's of combinations.

Tools, if you don't have the right tools you'll destroy more than you'll fix.

Parts, We have to make some of them.

etc, etc, etc................

Anybody can learn but it takes time. We started rebuilding shocks when Fox first put them on Polaris and Cat so we learned as they evolved into what we have today and didn't need to learn it all at once.

Good Luck

Never hire an apprentice that doesn't have a journey man
standing behind him.
Dealers are expensive because you expect to walk in
52--55 hours or more a week and be waited on.

I really don't care how much you pay...my customers pay $35.00 per shock period...none of this plus this plus that!!!!!
