Sled storage

I'm taking the family up north at the end of December and returning in the middle of January with the guys. I'm looking for a place to store a sled in the Mercer area for about 2 weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you are staying at the same place both times maybe you can ask to keep it there. Other wise you could try and call one of the sled shops like S&S Sports Store and see if they would rent you some storage for a couple weeks. If you need it inside there are some mini storage places up that way but not sure if you can rent only for a couple weeks.

Are you asking to leave a sled covered on a stand for 2 weeks or leave a sled on a trailer for 2 weeks? I have no problem with you leaving a covered sled on my property for 2 weeks but you have to dig it out when good to go. Often butt deep at my hosue mid January. I'm not in Mercer & not sure if Phelps area works for you but ok with me plenty of land to leave your sled in my upper lot where I store my pontoon & snowmo trailer. Should be secure no one around here down 2 mile private road but you are on your own I'm not babystitting just giving you a place to leave it outside for 2 weeks to help out a fellow sledder.:)

Hey Yarls; When you start riding a bigger sled than your wife, you can then start talking smack! Ramsey...you probably need to go water the flowers!

Everyone else, thanks for the input. I think I will check with S & S.

Just leave it on the big lot at the Great Northern. There are so many trailers there that they'll never know you are squatting. LOL.

OHHH Douglas, tell all the JD'ers the real reason you are leaving your WIFE's sled up there. Truth is that old Pitch likes riding his wife's sled, because his doesn't have reverse. Too weak to turn that 06 Crossfire around, huh. Don't hate because my wife's sled is bigger than yours...LOL
