anybody else own a snocat? I picked one up a few months ago, it's a 1972 Bombardier SV200, ford straight 6 gas,28"wide tracks,single cab seats 2.
plan to bring it to the house in the yoop this winter and bomb around on some logging roads.Plan to have the snobikes on the rear bed to haul them to some ride spots.
working on installing a winch for self recovery as i am sure i will get it stuck.

i own 4 snocats--- just kidding, that is what snowmobiles were called at one time in the NW corner of MN, did not matter if it was a polaris or arctic cat, we just went snocatting. the term has since gone away, ( The caption did catch my eye when it said snocats)

should be a fun winter....if you see us on the trails around Greenland-Twin lakes stop and say hello !

Awesome! Now you need to buy a small drag so you can help out your local snowmobile club when the trails get rough! :)

thanks guys...here's one from the front. I do have the 6 way snoblade for it but elected not to put it on...it's pretty darn heavy.
a small drag behind it would be neat for sure.
let it snow guys !

Looks like a great purchase for $8500. There has to be a club around you somewhere that has an old small drag laying around (probably with weeds growing through it..lol) that you could pick up cheap.

How do you get your jet ski on the top of your shelf like that? I will have a similar mezzanine in my garage, so I'm looking for suggestions to get bigger items raised up high.

Perhaps this is what I need to be looking for, as I can't seem to stop aging, eh! Yes the 2 track logging paths would be a lot of fun and exploring the U.P. past!
