Snow Totals

Is there a site that shows the snow totals for the UP for this winter? I just wonder how much snow fell compared to the last few years. I know was not even close to records because of the late start but just curious, would think the most in a few years though, thanks.

I think John had mentioned not long ago that that information is not available quite yet.

The NWS out of Marquette puts up a map at the end of the season. It takes awhile though.

I find that season snow totals are of little value. We have had years with constant snow/melt cycles equaling tons of snow that did not last giving us a lousy season. Then I have seen little snow that stays and stays giving decent trail riding. I think the key is that the ground freezes before the snow shows up to achieve a "Great" season. Snow totals are probably important for lake water level information but even that can be construed by LES. Since that is more of a water recycling than an addition of new water. (Wow all that with a hang over). Lol I see smoke!
