Hello all, been out of the State of Mich for a couple of weeks (more like 30 years
) and only an occasional visitor, thanks to DoD Army.
I have been visiting John Dee site for many years, as I love the winter sports, just don't ever make it back in the winter to enjoy. Thanks for all the effort you put in John, appreciated!
Anyway, after not finding what I'm looking for, maybe a few locals can give me a few tips on some sledding questions I have.
I have found and printed out some crude maps of Cheboygan County. Google turned up very little as far as rules there . . . is sledding allowed in the Pigeon River State Forest? Fishermans Trail? Webb Road, Osmund, through Cornwall Flooding, etc? Lived a few years in the 80's that area but things change over time so have no idea if allowed any more. We used to go everywhere back then, no problems or issues.
Looking for a nice little vacation, will also sled for a couple days Soo area and be at the Grandaddy I-500. Thanks for any info, Dom.
