no comment. The speed limit is something like that. So that being said it is up to you to follow it. I guess That speed limit came about because of liability. Canada is still a sue happy, country like the phase we went thru here in the US. If you get hurt going faster they can get out of the liability part with good lawyers and fine you for speeding. You can run 90 all day long in most sections to the far north. But I did not say it was okay to do so. basically the Canadian Goverment doe's not want to be sued for you missing a curve, hitting a moose, etc. on thier land. so the low speed limit pretty much keeps you out of trouble. Enforcement is very rare.
