Been kicking myself in the butt since I got rid of my old truck which was a 99 GMC sierra. I miss the sound the torque and the exterior. Finally found a decent deal onone that's not all rusted out! Its a 97 Silverado with 166k miles picked it up for $3900. There's bubbles across the top of the windshield but the cab corners and rocker panels are spotless and original. It also has brand new BFG all Terrain tires. First two pics are my new one. Third one is my old truck without the 285 Firestone M/T tires and 4th is my current truck and the last one is me putting the firestone destination m/ts to use.

Eventually you will see the light and become conservative and buy a Ford! ;)

Seriously, it sure looks clean Indy! Are you going to have 2 trucks now or are you selling the red one? It makes me wonder what my 2004 Lariat Crew Cab with 240k miles was worth, I was the original owner. I gave it away to my stepdaughter and husband for $2,500!

I like the way both of those body styles look better than the new ones. I'm sure the new ones have improved in a lot of ways, but I think most of the new trucks just look oversized and like they are trying too hard. I do like the interior room you get in the newer ones, especially in the crew cabs.

I sat under that truck 4 days in a row with an electric pressure washer until there wasn't a speck of dirt left. Never saw mud again. My red one is for sale as soon as she goes time to trick this one out a little bit and hunt down some land to build a shop.

Yeah me too thought you maybe came up with a easier solution than power washing mud off. I put mine up on rhinos but still difficult.
