Anyone out there using starlink? what are your thoughts. I currently have Brightspeed, who was Centurylink, and now their customer service is overseas. Terrible language barrier.

Agree with you on Brightspeed CS but we get their 60mb service, fiberoptic for $45 per month, LIFETIME rate. Very fast and no many issues.

Been using it for over 2 years. Satellite is our only option and Starlink kicks butt!

Upgrades coming with the latest line of satellites currently being put into space. Have only had to use customer service once and it went very well.

Been on it for almost two years with no issues. Only had one outage we noticed and it was less than ten minutes total.

But there are many micro-outages of a second or so through out the day. The only time we notice these is if we are using wifi calling and there are be dropped or broken words. This only happens during the summer when the trees are leafed out and are sky access is dramatically reduced.

The service is many times better than Centurylink but it is also costs three times as much.
